Handmade square hoop earrings on 0.8mm Sterling Silver round wire, each one hand-formed and finished with a row of Japanese Miyuki beads in glaze green, celadon and kiwi. The gradient across the three shades is the whole point - it's subtle, and it only really shows up once they're on.
I chose the square shape over a round hoop because it holds its line differently...sharper, a bit more structured, without losing the softness the beads bring. Miyuki beads are tiny and precise, which means the colour sits close and even along the wire instead of clumping.
Like all my wire work, this is medium-hardness sterling - Sturdy enough for daily wear, but made by hand, not machine, so give it the same care you'd give anything fine. That's the trade-off for something nobody else is wearing.
